East Shropshire Riding Club Awards Night & AGM

At the end of our Show season, we hold an Awards night to present the trophies to our end of season winners.

Our Awards Night takes place in November every year and is a great night of celebration for everyone’s achievements that season.

After a recap of all the Area Events we sent competitors to, we then move onto the prize giving from the Summer Shows & Dressage League.

Points are awarded at each show for members who gain wins & placings. They get added up throughout the season for an overall winner at the end of the year in each class.

Our winning helpers are also chosen at random for some nice prizes. When you help at any ESRC event, we add your name to a pot and draw winners at the Awards Night.

We also run a raffle, which we ask everyone attending to donate a prize to. In the past we’ve had some fantastic prizes of bridles and bales of shavings.

It’s always a great social night before Christmas with awards, celebrations, raffles and great food & drink. If you have competed at our Summer Shows it’s a night not to be missed. You may well be picking up a prize!
